NP unit is widely used for invoices, lotteries, share forms, documents etc., ideal press for commercial printing. This is double colour offset printing machine with on-line numbering and perforating facility.
Open & Close NP Unit
In online numbering machine NP unit can be opened and closed according to your printing requirements and can print sequent different numbers or the same numbers. Each numbering mount can install 7 horizontal numbering boxes, cylinder shaft can install 7 mount rings, maximum 49 numbering boxes; for vertical numbering box, each numbering mount can install 5 numbering boxes, maximum 35 numbering boxes.
Perforation Unit
4 units of perforation wheels can print at the same time for vertical perforation lines. Distance between two perforation wheels is 2.73mm, distance between two perforation lines is 2.13mm. Perforation device can simultaneously perforate vertical & lateral precisely
Resin Letterpress Printing
There are 6 ink rollers, 2 ink form rollers which ensure good inking impact.
